01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "the user", "you") and 555pak ("the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the 555pak website, mobile application or any service offered through our platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all features of 555pak including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, slots, live casino, bonus participation and all other platform services. Specific sections of the platform — such as individual promotions, the VIP programme or the sports betting section — may carry additional terms that apply on top of these general Terms. 02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use the 555pak platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 555pak is strictly an adult platform and access by minors is prohibited. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, that account will be immediately suspended pending verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, bot accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms through a self-exclusion request you have previously submitted to 555pak or any related platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration. Providing false details — including false names, dates of birth or contact information — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 555pak account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 555pak reserves the right to merge, suspend or close the duplicate accounts and may void any bonuses or winnings associated with the additional accounts.

Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 555pak will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 555pak support immediately.

Account verification: 555pak may at any time request that you verify your identity, age, address or payment method. Verification is a standard process and is required before certain withdrawal thresholds are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 555pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — interbank instant transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct local bank to bank

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds are set to be accessible for players at all budget levels. You should only deposit amounts that you are comfortable losing — deposits made to 555pak are for entertainment purposes.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 555pak payments team. Standard processing times apply depending on the payment method chosen. VIP account holders benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing. 555pak reserves the right to conduct identity or payment verification before releasing any withdrawal. Where verification is pending, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until the process is completed satisfactorily.

Deposit ownership: Funds deposited must belong to you and must be deposited from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods not in your own name is not permitted and may be treated as fraudulent activity.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

555pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus value must be wagered 30 times before winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.

Validity periods: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. Always check the expiry date when claiming a bonus.

Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual bonus terms.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus can typically be active at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• 555pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses and first deposit bonuses are available to new players who have not previously held a 555pak account and have not previously claimed the same offer.

05 Sports Betting Rules

The 555pak sports betting section covers cricket, football, esports and other sports categories. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance at 555pak's discretion. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket fixtures, or the relevant international body for T20 internationals and PSL matches. 555pak uses official sources and reputable data providers to determine results.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within the stated rescheduling window.
• A bet was placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a technical or human error.
• The event did not take place under the conditions specified at the time the bet was offered.

Voided bets are returned to your account balance as a stake refund. They do not contribute to any accumulator combination as a win.

Live betting: In-play betting markets are available for selected cricket, football and esports fixtures. Live odds update in real time and bets placed during live events are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Connectivity issues on your end do not entitle you to claim odds that were no longer available at the time your bet was received by the platform.

Maximum winnings: 555pak applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and vary by sport and market type. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout may be limited or rejected.

06 Casino, Slots and Live Casino

The 555pak game library includes slots, table games, live casino titles and other casino-style games from third-party game studios. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay on the platform.

RNG and fairness: All slot and RNG-based casino games on 555pak use random number generation systems supplied and certified by the game studios that develop them. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by previous results or by 555pak. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studio and are available in the game information panel within each title.

Game availability: The game library may change over time as titles are added or removed. 555pak does not guarantee that any specific game will remain available indefinitely. Where a game is removed, any wagers in progress at the time of removal will be settled according to the game's rules up to that point.

Technical issues: In the event of a game disconnection, malfunction or technical error during a game round, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the platform's server. If the server records are unavailable or inconclusive, the affected round may be declared void and the stake returned. Screenshots or recordings made on your device do not constitute evidence of the server-side game state.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studio environments. Chat functions within live games are subject to the same conduct standards as the broader platform — abusive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour in live game chat may result in removal from the table and disciplinary action on your account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 555pak platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per person for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, wagering patterns or loopholes to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits from promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets in a way that benefits one or more parties unfairly.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods. Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Money laundering: Using 555pak to process, transfer or obscure funds of unlawful origin. 555pak cooperates with relevant authorities and may freeze accounts and report activity where money laundering is suspected.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits that were genuinely made to your account and used on the platform.
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing communication toward 555pak staff or other players.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

555pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of promotional offers.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended due to an investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be held pending the outcome of that investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the funds will be released and the account restored. If a breach is confirmed, 555pak reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance.

Account closure by the player: You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting 555pak support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

09 Privacy and Data

555pak collects and processes personal data in order to operate player accounts, process transactions and comply with platform obligations. The types of data collected include registration information, transaction history, gameplay activity, device and connection data, and verification documents where requested.

Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and identity verification providers where necessary to operate the platform. 12 Changes to These Terms

555pak reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date displayed at the top. For significant changes, 555pak may notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
